It’s a lot better than the alternative. And if you go there pass your drug test do everything you’re supposed to do. You can learn a new way of life sober and help others to recover

I was really nervous reading these reviews but my experience was great. I had to transfer from FL which was very nerve-wracking to begin with but it was a very easy transition. Everyone I met with today was extremely nice and helpful! Things seem to run very smoothly. If I wasn't there for an intake I probably would have been in and out in minutes!

This place isn’t the cleanest but as far as helping and IF you are willing to help yourself..They will help you as much as they can.. The staffing has always been good to me as well.. except for one she can be a little much at times.. but hey that’s just my opinion 🤷🏼♀️

This review is based specifically on my lab work and tb test that i had to have done today. I was extremely nervous because i hate needles and I'm a big baby. I know that's weird when it comes to addicts. But the nurse who did everything was an absolute godsend. She was amazing and helped me stay calm and i literally hardly even felt anything. Next time i have to get this done I will be asking for her for sure!!!!! Such a sweetheart.

some of their employees seem to think that they are the object of attention there and first and foremost they should be comfortable. Maybe it is because the company spends more money and energy making them breakfast and lunch than investing in their IT system or sufficient pharmacy staff. Don't have a complaint either or you will be walking a thin line between being on methadone and being in withdrawl everyday because they will mess with your system as a means of revenge.... besides that this place would be ok. could stand a good daily cleaning but, i digress.

I have not attended this clinic,I attend a baart program here in California, honestly everyone that is complaining ,any clinic u will go to will have same issues....

some of the counselors are extremely helpful but others not so much. Each staff member tells you different policies and rules so you never know what is really going on here. They are a bit unorganized .

ALTHOUGH THE DR IS A JOKE AT THIS CLINIC. IT IS A LOT BETTER THAN SITTING ON THE CORNER OF 16TH AND ORDWAY, WAITING ON THE DOPE MAN FOR 2 HOURS... AT 2AM IN THE MORNING AND HIM TELLING YOU " I'LL BE THERE IN JUST 5 MINUTES " FOR THE 20TH TIME😠😠😠 ... THE STATE IS GETTING READY TO MEET WITH DR ALI AND TALK ABOUT GETTING THE DOSE LEVEL RAISED TO A LEVEL THAT THE PATIENT NEEDS AND NOT WHAT DR ALI WANTS YOU TO HAVE.... GOOD LUCK AND I WISH YOU THE BEST WITH WHAT EVER DECISION YOU CHOSE. 😎
